Lying on Back

I can't lie on my back very long without feeling pressure in my head. I've not been able to sleep on my back in years. In August I got a bed wedge, and can sometimes sleep on it. Would this be coming from a bulging disc? Anyone else have or had this? Can it be fixed with these exercises?

Thanks much,
David

Hi David,

Sounds like something you should ask your doctor about. Neck problems can cause headaches, but I'm not sure about feeling pressure in the head. That is just strange enough that I would want to get a medical opinion on if I were you.

Let us know what you find out,
Steven
