Hi-
Five years ago, at the age of 50, I broke my right femur for the third time
(motocross) .
After a bunch of surgeries, the end result is that my right leg is one inch shorter than my left.
All's good till March of this year. I was riding a stationary bike for an hour, no problems but the next day I could hardly move.
Lasted two months and finally, gradually went away.
Till two months ago, lifting a lawnmower.
The pain is back worse than ever.
The pain comes from a spot, looking at my back, two inches to the left of my spine and two inches below my belt line.
After a visit to the emergency room, they gave me a shot that lasted the night and pain pills.
The physical therapist gave me exercises that haven't helped at all to relieve the pain. My Doc gave me more pills.
I have never had any debilitating back problems before, never missed a day of work till the broken leg, but then I've never been 55 before either.
Sitting kills me.
It's going on three months.
Any ideas?
