I've read the RYB Book thoroughly and after a series of delays, I've finally embarked on performing the Basic Exercises.

But, as I look ahead to the advanced exercises, my question is this:
At the end of the RYB book, there's an extensive list of exercises for the Typical Advanced Routine. Then, on the next page there's an Advanced Alternate Days Routine for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So, if I follow the MWF guidelines along with the daily core/basic exercises, which advanced exercses would be suggested for the other
four days of the week.

Hopefully, my question makes sense. Anyway, I'd appreciate any imput. Thanks.
