Hi Steven, Just start with the basic neck exercises for the first month or so. The instructions for the basic exercises are on pages 28 & 29 and each exercise has it's own instructions, of course. The upper back and shoulder exercises are all pretty easy. The first ones listed are the easiest and th...

Hi guys,

I'm shopping for an elyptical trainer myself so thanks for posting this message Brad. I wish I could find a used one. My only advice is to pass on what I've read about them and that is not to buy a cheap one. Apparently the cheap ones are noisy and don't last.

Hi guys, I was diagnosed with a couple of bulging discs and the exercises really helped me. Don't know if they are the answer for everyone, but I'm pretty happy with them. I would stay away from the chiropractor. They will just keep suggesting other "therapies" that don't work. Anything to keep you ...

Hi Alexis,

I agree with Holden, the collar is probably holding you back. I think the only time they're ever used anymore is if you need support at night when you're sleeping.

Hope you get to feeling better,

Hi Cita, Surgery really is an extreme measure and most doctors don't recommend it much anymore for neck pain. So unless you're doctor is really insisting that you have to have surgery right away to save your life I'd put it off as long as you can. You can always do it later. You should really check ...

Hi Ted, Ted, the neck is tougher to fix than the lower back, but it can be done with a little patience. Just take your time and follow the instructions in the book to the letter and you'll be fine. I"m 33 and was diagnosed with a couple of bad disks in my neck and I thought there was no way I would ...
