Hi Thealia, Not familiar with the medication, so can't comment on that. As far as exercise causing pain in other areas, that's always a possibility and why I recommend warming up good before exercising. Dean
Thank You for getting back to me. Re: Thealia

Thanks for the information, I did prolotherapy two times before both times it took about 8 treatments but then I felt great for one year. Two bad I didn't know about the exercises then. It was all out of pocket cost however and I am still paying off the debt. I go tomorrow for my third round of epid...

You need to get on this ASAP, i was very sceptic at first when i saw that you needed to do a donation. I have paied 100$ for the losethebackpain program and it was pure crap. I was so discouraged, i had just gotten back from our vacation in Riviere du loup with my girlfriend, there i had some huge p...

Great! I believe it should be the first thing to do for everyone, injured or not. We put the best oils and gaz in our car but we eat crap! We buy our bodies the best quality and expensive clothing but we do not care for the inside. It is ridiculous. We are what we eat. If you eat nothing else but ba...

Re: far far away Tbone far far away

Yannick,

Thanks you so much for letting me know this. I was thinking of getting Glucosamine. You just don't know what to spend money on and what not to spend it on. I will try it though since for time being prolotherapy is not an option with expense. Thanks for your support.

Re: Epidural

Pete, I believe the epidural contained some cortisone he calls it a cocktail of what he founds work. What impressed me is how many of the amish community speak highly of him. I am not amish by the way. But he is in the Lancaster PA area. As far as where he injects he does use imaging but goes more o...

Re: far far away Tbone far far away

Yannick,

Thanks for the information. I would not have even known to take the RYB along and I will ask for an MRI. I had one in 2007 it showed degenerative disc with some stenosis, but I will take your advice since falling and ask for a new one.

Thanks for your time.

Re: what about an unstable pelvic

Yannick I believe if I understood Dean correctly prolotherapy can leave scar tissue. I have decided I am always looking for a quick fix so for now I am just going to discipline my flesh and commit to six months of working from Dean's book. I just started end of last week. I see some improvment in sc...
