Hi Tim, Good to hear from you again. I"d been wondering how you were doing. Sounds like things are going pretty well. Just don't over do it too soon. Take your time and make sure your back is really strong before you take on anything really wild and crazy. And let's hear from you a little mor...

Hi Ollie,

Welcome to the group.

Some people like the inversion products and some don't. I've never heard anyone say they ever got any lasting results from using "back swings" and things of that nature.

Hi Pam, I looked in a big thick medical book I have and it described your pain as "coccygeal pain" and that it was not that unusual. (The tailbone is technically the coccyx.) According to the book this type of pain is usually caused by brusing the coccyx in a fall or by being hit. The only other cau...

Hi Joe, Sounds like from your post that you hurt your back from a fall? If so, then you should probably see a real (medical) doctor if the pain doesn't subside in a day or two. As far as the book helping with your back pain, I would have to say as long as you didn't fracture (even a small hairline c...

Hi Bonnie, What you're describing used to be called VAX-D and it's a total rip off. The VAX-D place in my town went out of business not long ago despite all their TV ads claiming they were curing bad backs. They dazzle you with a big fancy hi-tech looking machine that is nothing more than old fashio...

Hi krd,

Bike riding is good exercise, but most bikes force you to into very bad posture. Can't be good for someone with back problems.

Just my opinion,

I think there is some confusion about whether or not there is such a thing as a subluxation.

I've looked in several large dictionaries and I have yet to find the word listed. It seems to be one of those words that has no real meaning and yet gets bandied about all the time.

Hi everybody,

I agree with the girls. You need to add something more than just back pain stuff.

Maybe you could have a section titled Community or Group News or something like that. I don't know what forum topics to include, I'll have to think about it and get back to you.

Hi Tim, Welcome to the group. That's a good question. It was a similar situation which eventually brought me to this website so I'll try and answer it for you. What I discovered (and what I think you'll see if you check the book again) is that rebuilding your back isn't about finding one specific ex...
